Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases from Simple Traders, operated by Triton Trades LLC. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We provide immediate digital access to educational content, tools, indicators, mentorship, and community resources. Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be returned or revoked once delivered, all sales are treated as final.

  1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases, including memberships (monthly, quarterly, annual, lifetime), products, services, and promotional offers, are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. The full value is delivered immediately upon activation, and we do not offer returns, exchanges, credits, or prorated cancellations.

Refunds are not provided regardless of:

  • Login or usage status;

  • Changes in personal/financial circumstances;

  • Misunderstanding of the Services;

  • Accidental purchases or remorse;

  • User-side technical issues;

  • Perceived lack of results/performance;

  • Inactivity or non-participation.

This aligns with industry standards for digital educational products and US law, which does not mandate refunds for such goods when policies are clearly disclosed.

  1. Digital Product Nature

Our Services include educational lessons, community access, coaching, tools, and indicators. Immediate access upon purchase means the value cannot be reversed. All sales are final upon completion.

  1. No Refunds Policy

We do not accept refund requests based on dissatisfaction, lack of use, preference changes, or other considerations. Users are expected to review our offering and conduct full due diligence before joining. We do not issue partial refunds, nor do we offer prorated cancellations.

  1. Lifetime Access Terms

For lifetime access purchases: "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifespan of the Services, not your lifetime. It terminates if the Services are discontinued or no longer provided. Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  1. User Responsibility for Subscription Management

Customers are solely responsible for managing their subscriptions. This includes:

  • Canceling before the renewal date;

  • Monitoring billing dates;

  • Updating payment information;

  • Understanding the billing frequency selected at checkout.

Cancellations stop future billing but do not qualify the user for a refund of any previous charges. We do not issue refunds for late cancellations, forgotten cancellations, or periods of inactivity. Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions directly through Whop at any time.

  1. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback for a valid and delivered purchase violates this policy. We provide timestamped access logs, delivery confirmations, and proof of purchase to payment processors in order to contest invalid disputes. Filing a chargeback may result in permanent removal from the Simple Traders platform and restrictions on future access. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to legal action.

  1. Exceptions

Refunds are issued only in rare cases at our sole discretion, such as verified duplicate charges (refunded duplicate; original remains active). No other exceptions, unless required by law or stated in a promotion.

  1. Agreement at Checkout

By completing a purchase, the user confirms the following:

  • They have read and understand this Refund Policy;

  • They acknowledge that digital access is delivered immediately;

  • They agree that all sales are final;

  • They accept responsibility for managing and canceling their subscription;

  • They understand that refunds will not be issued after access is granted.
